Directions for Install and Use

Cover floor area with a towel. Before inserting enema, Check water temperature. It should be comfortably warm to the touch. If your house water system is subject to temperature changes when water is used in other parts of the house at the same time, you should notify everyone in the house, not to use water during your enema time; (i.e. Dishwasher, laundry, shower, etc. The enema tip we use allows a gentle flow of water, no matter how hard the faucet is turned on.
1. Lubricate the tip with soap or other lubricant you prefer. Stand at the sink, and check the water temperature again. Then use the shutoff switch on the enema handle. Remove the enema extension hose from the handle.
2. Bend over, insert tip, then plug the hose back into the handle. Turn on switch and allow the water to flow until you feel full. Then turn the handle switch off, (water off.) Wait a few seconds, until you feel the water clear the blockage. You will feel the relief of the fullness pressure. Turn switch on again, taking in more water. Then remove enema and go to stool. Until all water is released.
3. Start over from step #1 and repeat until you reach the high enema. After a few enemas, you will learn to read and understand what is happening in your body.
4. How often should you enema? Some of our customers enema once a week, others say, when they feel congested. For people who have a problem with constipation, the enema waterflow will make the bowel movement comfortable. cleanseing the colon helps remove bacteria that causes diarrhea.
5. People who do a water and / or juice fasting for several days, should enema every day of their fast. This removes the toxins in the colon that are created by the fasting.
