I’m not only the inventor, I also manufacture, assemble, and ship all EZWaterFlo hydro hygeine products. Each order is custom assembled and shipped in plane ziploc bags with instructions.

Each product has many specifications and every order requires different lengths of tubing and switch locations. I’ve developed a new standardization which now allows you to customize the length of your tubing so it will fit your standards and needs.

The 10 foot tubing comes with a sliding Shutoff Thumb Screw Valve. It can moves up or down the tubing, so you can slide it so it will conform to your bathroom configuation and your comfort.

If you prefer a shorter length you may cut any unnecessary tubing by removing the tip that holds the septrom and replacing it at the new cut with a pair of tips.

I use scissors to get under the lock washer to remove it off the tip then pull the tubing off the holder and replace it on the new end. Problem solved.

I also suggest you leave the water switch just open with the new thumb screw. It keeps the water temperature constant. Finally always check the water tempreature before inserting the tip.
